1. Online sales

This website does not currently offer online sales or consumer delivery. When sales commence, delivery areas, charges and timescales will be published on this page.

2. Business customers (B2B)

Shipping terms for business customers — Incoterms, freight, lead times and minimum order quantities — are set out in individual agreements. Please contact info@ennjapan.com for details.

3. Export, import and food regulation

Shipments of food products to the EU and the United Kingdom are made following completion of export and import procedures and confirmation of compliance with the regulations of each destination market. Product-specific documentation is being prepared.

The contents of this page may be updated as commercial arrangements and agreements are finalised. If the language versions of this page differ, the Japanese version prevails.
